Idea has announced a new Rs 595 prepaid plan for its long-term customers. Under this new plan, users will get unlimited calling facility, 10 GB data, and SMS benefits for a validity of 112 days.
Idea is currently getting tough competition from Airtel, Jio, and BSNL, and the new plan came soon after its competitors launched new plans to attract more customers.
TelecomTalk reported that Rs 595 recharge plan will be applicable in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam and some other circles.
Under the new plan, customers will get 10GB data with no daily, weekly, or monthly limits. After 10GB data is consumed, the customers will be charged at a rate of 4p per 10KB.
The pack also offers unlimited number of calls to local and national numbers in all circles (250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes in a week) as well as outgoing calls during roaming. After the call limit is reached, the customers will be charged 1 paisa per minute for voice calls.
After making calls to more than 100 unique numbers during seven consecutive days, users will be charged one paisa per second for voice calls.
